Billing

Fees for all clinic services are in accordance with Ontario professional fee guidelines. All staff are registered health professionals. Services at the clinic are not covered by OHIP, except for physician consultations by Dr. Lowe MD.

Your extended health care plan will cover all or part of your treatment charges, dependent upon your plan. You are responsible for any deductibles or fees not covered by your insurance.

Some insurance plans require a doctor's referral to refund your expenses; check your plan before commencing treatment to avoid complications.

It is our policy that patients pay for their first visit at the time of attendance, and we ask for per visit payment of your account thereafter. We require 24 hour notice for cancellations and missed appointments will be billed accordingly. Your insurance plan will not cover this fee. A valid credit card number (VISA or Mastercard) is required to reserve your appointment.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Interac, cash and cheque for payment.
